These hi hats started as top hi hats from two different sets of Zildjian ZBT 13" hi hats. A little weight has been removed and they've been rehammered to lower the pitch and add complexity. The hammering has given them more of a "Ch Ch" sound, the B8 bronze provides a little more volume, and the 13" size allows them to speak quickly, making for some neat opportunities to intersperse them as funky accents within your ride groves, or use as your main hats.
